Insurance & Medicare
We accept many private insurance plans and Medicare. To verify coverage, please contact your provider or call our offices at (303) 730-0404. Our staff will gladly assist you.

Please bring all health insurance information to your appointment. Co-payments are due at the time of service.

Refraction Policy

A refraction is a measurement of the lens power necessary to prescribe glasses or other corrective lenses. Most medical insurance plans, including Medicare, do not cover routine refractions or routine eye examinations (when no medical eye problem is known or suspected). Refraction service is NOT inclusive in any eye exam or surgical service. The charge for a refraction is $35 and payment is expected at the time of service.
